For me, it’s all about physical health and mental health. To be physically healthy means giving your body what it needs such as food (nutrients), water, and exercise. On the other hand, mental health refers to be in a good state of mind.
Difference between being healthy and fit
Most of the folks believe, if you are physically fit, you’re healthy. Usually, Fitness is a result of all nutrition and proper conditioning of the body. It’s a state of physical and mental well-being.
On the other hand, Health is the overall well-being status of a person. Furthermore, being healthy involves free from diseases or illness and not suffering from any pain or injury.
