Our Story
We the People Foundation is an NGO built by the people for the people. We prospect through social platforms that enable us to cultivate our aim to stand by the people who need us. As we know India is one of the fastest-growing economies, a strict amount of two-third of its population still lives under poverty.
Approximately, 30% of Indians have access to less than $1.25 per day. It is this dire situation of lack of resources, that in turn leads a massive amount of children to plunge into child labor. Families go under debt and some huge amount of population gets afloat with odd jobs.
What makes us cognizable and benevolent is our strife to work for better living conditions for these people who suffer from extremities. These undesirable instances of living is our motivation for the bigger future of an educated and hunger-free India. Our Objective of work is distributed in numerous areas such as Eradication of Farmer’s Suicide, Supporting Child Education in rural areas, Welfare of Elderly People, and in providing Disaster relief time to time.

We are aware of online fundraisers and net banking. We the People stand as a basic platform through which you can be one us in providing help by donating to join our causes. You can provide financial help to children who cannot have access to educational institutions and medical facilities.

You can as well donate for our strategy to provide two-time meals to the stray animals. Or, you may join us in any cause you feel would suit you to contribute for a better India.
What we do?
We the People address many challenges of Indian society and discover the true and difficult causes of the needy. We believe that a good night’s sleep is only much more viable when we don’t have a thought projecting at the back of our mind with the hungry faces who don’t have a primary shelter to live under.
We share stories with the help of trusted communities and partners and with your help, of course, of how we reach the needy, who do not have anybody to help them in major crises and fallouts. We cannot be an overnight changer, however, our stories are put up so that it can reach more people and in turn, more people reach us.
As said by Buddha, “It takes drop by drop to fill a pitcher.”
India has over 270 million people living below the poverty line. It would be needless to assume we alone cannot procure the huge amount of aid without your help. This foundation has its life-steal in the power of people like you.
And as said earlier, it is this technology that we believe in that can make us a bigger team to influence people to reach out to join hands in this spectrum. Your donations are the building block that makes us affirmative of a beautiful future. This is the need of the hour and We the People together can make a ‘difference’ through our available resources.
