Brick by Brick, These Construction Workers are Selling their Sweat to build our Dream Home!
We all are surrounded by buildings. Every building has its own style, ownership structure and one is creative than the other one. Some of them are built by mirrors, some by paints and pictures and some have unique tiles work.
We always praise the builders and construction companies for their creative work but no one appreciates the labors behind its creation.
Do we care about them? Ask yourself.
No, we never think about them. Labors are the most important part of every construction. But we never pay attention to them. If a laborer takes leave, we scold them and keep new laborers on their place.
But, do we think the reason behind their absence? Why they haven’t come on the site? Do we ever discuss problems faced by labors?
Construction sites are the riskiest and challenging places to work. With the prospect of injury for anyone, they step onto a site to work and earn money.

Due to lack of awareness, they ignore the fundamental needs of childhood, care, nurturing, protection and opportunities to develop.
Women are a major part when it comes to the construction site. There are pregnant ladies who work there to earn money for their survival. They lift heavy objects which can be very dangerous for their unborn baby.
Also, they do not have time to take care of their body, proper nutrition, and medication.
